Earners of this badge are able to apply the engineering design process and software tools needed to address unique problems to rapidly create and analyze proposed solutions. They demonstrated their ability to work in teams to solve complex design problems along with being able to research, design, develop, and communicate design solutions. Earners used Solid Edge 3D CAD software to prepare and evaluate designs, make use of 3D printing and prepare their solutions to an authentic audience.
