To teach the individual how to install, configure, remove, and troubleshoot personal computer components, and the basic features of the Windows OS and to prepare for the CompTIA A+ Essentials, IT Technician, Remote Support Technician, and Depot Technician Final Exams. Students must complete all learning modules and pass a comprehensive proctored final exam to receive ACE credit.
