Earning Criteria

Complete Sales and Commercial for Financial Controllers Degreed pathway. Total Instruction Time: 4 hrs. spread across multiple e-learning modules.
Sales and Commercial for Financial Controllers. ILearn ID: #F-FN-F057 1. Attend and pass the Sales and Commercial for Financial Controllers course 2. Complete and present the assigned case study. Total Instruction Time: 25 hrs. spread across a week.
Demonstrate value creation for at least 1 tendering/bidding process for the assigned Division/ Business Line, over a period of up to 4 months. This will be assessed via the “Opportunity Finance Engagement and Value Assurance” checklist and validated by the respective Division Basin Controller and Division Basin Sales & Commercial Manager. The supporting documentation and evidence will be documented by each participant in the dedicated MS Team: Finance - Commercial Finance Partner Certificate.
