Earners of this certificate have achieved the Instructor Virtual Delivery Knowledge Badge and completed a Peer Learning observation and an Instructor Assessment. The Peer Learning observation enables earners to apply knowledge gained from peers in the virtual environment. The Instructor Assessment entails a rubric-based observation and measuring of instructor performance. The earners are qualified to facilitate their virtual courses with little to no supervision for 12 months.
