Earning Criteria

Candidates are nominated by executive SLB leadership for being best-in-class in their domain, having brought material business value to SLB, widely respected and influential with both SLB and the industry, as well as being highly engaged, inquiring and forward-thinking. Final appointment of the candidate is completed by the SLB CEO, in consultation with the CTO.
