Earning Criteria

  • This course can be completed in person or online. It includes four three-day group sessions, individual coaching, and virtual check-in meetings. Participants must attend 80% of the sessions and actively participate in development activities to receive the badge.
  • Prospective students should be current or future senior or enterprise level leaders who exhibit high potential and capability, consistently strong performance, and leadership characteristics. Resume reviews are available ahead of the application process. The selection process includes an interview to confirm program fit.
