Participants learn from external experts, SK Leaders and each other to develop skills, enhance their belief in their own abilities and build a network from across the organisation.

Earning Criteria

  • The programme, delivered virtually by our learning partner, the Irish Management Institute (IMI) is made up of three modules, each with 4 component parts; a learning module focusing on key learnings for female professionals, a leader spotlight where a SK leader shares their experience of the module topic, a peer coaching session where group participants support each other in small groups to work through their challenges and a one-to-one mentoring session with a business leader.
