Earning Criteria

Participate in all program events (10 or more events) and successfully complete all post-session surveys

Complete a capstone portfolio project on leading self, leading others, leading change, and identify gaps to be filled in learning toward the end of achieving a leadership role in academia

Participate in group and peer coaching over the course of six months, facilitated by professional coaching organization
