Spanish Language and Culture for Frontline Workers

An introductory workshop on basic but essential phraseology for front-line workers when working with Spanish-speaking clients. Topics included basic greetings, useful expressions, asking for/recording contact information, managing appointments, and basic directional communication. This workshop was facilitated by several trainers to allow for maximum speaking/practice time.
