Learners complete course readings, participate in in-class discussions, and create a personal resiliency plan focused on factors that inhibit women’s career progression. The training provides a roadmap to the labyrinth of women’s leadership challenges, providing options for effective responses, strategies, and solutions and developing resiliency skills to draw on when career challenges manifest.
