Earners are able to differentiate between various types of conversations and understand the relationship between hearing and listening. The course explores concepts of self-disclosure as interpersonal communication and defines the different stages of interpersonal relationships. The curriculum examines how communication impacts relationship quality as well as how gender impacts communication in relationships.
