Studies and Applied Understanding of Convict Culture

An essential training on convict culture for in-service employees working in the corrections field and preservice individuals interested in corrections. Many problems develop, escalate, and persist in correctional institutions due to cultural barriers between staff and inmates. This micro credential will address these differences in an effort to bridge the gap between those who work inside and the residents who live in prisons and jails.
