Earners of this badge attended a workshop on how to reflect on sources of conflict, manage their role in conflict and assess new alternatives to resolving conflict. The workshop included strategies on how to utilise the Thomas-Kilmann Instrument through the 5-stages of conflict and how to adjust their style to optimise the outcome of any negotiation. Earners were required to reflect on a recent/ongoing conflict to apply skills learned to better manage future conflicts or negotiations.
