Earners of the Design Thinking badge have attended a workshop on how to solve real work problems using design thinking. The workshop included tips and strategies on how to adopt creativity skills and teamwork to design solutions that are matched against a real problem for a real person. Earners were required to develop a new initiative for the college to implement in response to a current challenge facing the community.
