Earners of the Personal Interest Project Development certification can, at a fundamental level, plan and deliver a personal interest project from the ideation phase through to product completion. They are able to follow a process for action planning. They can self evaluate project phases and evaluate others' projects using set crtieria. They have presented a completed project to an audience of peers, mentors and interested others.
