Earner must be an employee of State Farm.

Earner must complete all criteria/activities for the MAX Early Adopter Badge and obtain their badge.

Contribute to their segment knowledge by providing assistance & direction to peers, as demonstrated through: (1) Participation in MAX Teams Chats; minimum of 15 Teams messages over a 2-week period, (2) Presentation of MAX topics in Team Performance Dialogue, Team Huddle, or through MAX Onboarding Training; minimum of 1 topic per month for a 3-month period, or (3) Substitute chat participation by demonstrating skill through a 1:1 upskill with a peer, as approved & directed by their team manager.

Earner must participate in MAX Power User meetings to: (1) Obtain updates on evolving MAX functionality, (2) Provide feedback & any known workarounds they have learned for MAX functionality, & (3) Participate in resolving technical issues with MAX Product Teams.

Earner has been designated as part of the Early Rollout Group (ERG) & been identified to participate in MAX testing of new workflows & functionality, prior to the group at large receiving this functionality.
Standards
This includes MAX Pre-Requisite Training in Workday, MAX Instructor Led Training, and obtaining MAX Early Adopter Badge.
