Earning Criteria

Earners must have earned the New Employee – Welcome to Our Neighborhood badge.

Earners must have completed learning elements in Workday Onboarding for New Hires included in the last 6 months of the curriculum: Months 6–9 Get Informed and Months 9–12 Get Prepared.

Earners must be a new employee hired within the last year and are within 6–12 months with State Farm.

Earners must have completed their Career Profile in Workday.

Earners must have completed their New Employee Career Milestone Badge Tracker and submitted it with the Badge Request form.
