LEARNING OUTCOME: Understand and appreciate the differences of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion to build an inclusive work environment. ASSESSMENT: Synchronous learning with discussion to heighten awareness of issues related to diversity, equity and inclusion.

LEARNING OUTCOME: How to communicate assertively and with confidence. ASSESSMENT: Synchronous learning with structured exercises to increase self-awareness, clarity and recognition, interactive role plays, debrief and processing feedback; Follow-up 3 weeks later.

ASSESSMENT: Synchronous learning of finance administration overview with budgeting and activities/follow-up as relevant for area(s) of responsibility.
