This microcredential is designed to help faculty/staff at all skill levels to build capacity and observe challenges and opportunities, as well as reflect upon and change practices so that they may advise, teach, and create active learning opportunities to maximize the retention and educational experiences of Gen Z learners, the current traditional aged population of our student body. Completers will share what they have learned with various audiences in support of better serving Gen Z learners.
