This microcredential is designed to help faculty and staff at all skill levels to build capacity and observe challenges and opportunities, as well as reflect upon and change practices in order to identify, intervene, and holistically support students in all stages of their institutional lifecycle. Completers will share what they have learned with their area/department, division, or the whole campus in support of student retention, one of the most pernicious issues in higher education.
