Earners will be provided a detailed exposure to the strategic judgment aspects of a manager’s role in an organization. Personal experience is gained through case study analysis to develop the participant’s ability to address moral dilemmas. Participants also develop environmental scanning skills enabling them to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of corporate, business, and functional strategies in an organization.
