Earning Criteria

Complete the SUNY Online "Introduction to OSCQR (self-assessment)" and/or the "Become an OSCQR Online Course Reviewer" workshops.
Complete one (1) full OSCQR online course quality review and refresh using the OSCQR rubric, to improve at least one online, or blended course (other than your own).
Submit as evidence: (1) The review rubric (peer, ID, etc.) & the action plan used to refresh the online course improved (other than your own). (2) The self-assessment & action plan used to refresh your own online course (only if it was your own course). (3) a one-page (250-500 word) reflection on the OSCQR review & refresh process, including what was improved in the online course as part of the process & what you learned from conducting the OSCQR online course review and refresh process.

With this certification, earners are eligible to apply to join the pool of OSCQR-certified reviewers, (and submit their own course for review if needed).
