Automotive Technician shortages are expected to grow to over 800K by 2025. Upon successful completion of the requirements, a student is prepared to apply for a quick lane or entry level position with an automotive dealership or repair shop or one of our Ford Dealer partners. Participants completed Ford Automotive Career Exploration (ACE) automotive technician skill basics taught by a certified Ford ACE instructor. Participants learned about career opportunities within the industry.
