Advanced Crisis Communication
Issued by
Swiss Armed Forces
As soon as several parties are involved in a crisis or there is serious self-infliction by one or more parties, principles of crisis communication are quickly "thrown overboard". Then successful communication can very quickly become an existential issue. Comprehensive competences are required to be able to influence the course of information processes. What has been learned from the courses Media and Crisis Communication I is deepened in this course and applied under difficult conditions.
