Wherever people work together, conflicts are inevitable. Workplace tensions or even bullying can damage the working atmosphere and morale, and often have a negative impact on health. Dismissals can also be stressful. As a manager, you are expected to be aware of conflict situations and be able to intervene in a way that benefits everyone involved. You will learn and practice how to conduct difficult discussions with employees and how to help resolve conflicts in groups.
