The 48h-course (28h of training) focuses on learning the military way of working to lead and manage crises (rapport management, situation tracking), how to work effectively in a staff (leadership and work techniques), methods for structured decision-making and models for "thinking in variants". The process of crisis management, the so-called "5+2" model, serves as a basis. Furthermore, the basics of presentation and visualization techniques are developed and applied under professional guidance.
