Digital Internship Program: Future Cities

The participants of this program have acted as virtual interns solving nine real-world problems at three innovative startups, enabling a deep appreciation of the working environment in early-stage companies. They can apply lean innovation tools, including customer insights, user personas, customer experience analysis, empathy interviews and competitor analysis, to propose new insights for marketing content development and suggest new internal processes for future audiences.

Earning Criteria

Completed research to identify customer insights and customer persona.

Create a use persona, plan and conduct a customer interview to extract key insights. Use these insights to make recommendations regarding specific desired outcomes of the organisation.

Develop a creative marketing strategy in the form of a 'future press release' by evaluating the personas of a targeted audience and considering the specific characteristics of that audience. Develop a localised customer persona and design an onboarding process targeted at the specific needs of the identified person segment.
