The participants of this program have completed six modules in the SSE Satellite Facilitator Training program covering the fundamentals of facilitation, classroom management skills and the basics of running learning sessions. They participated in a live two-day workshop as a co-facilitator and were observed and assessed for competency during this process. Participants obtained 1:1 feedback post-workshop and completed a written reflection task on their performance.

Complete six modules in the SSE online training program covering the fundamentals of facilitation: 1.Demonstrate an understanding of the role and the responsibilities of a facilitator 2.Obtain an understanding of elementary theories and techniques used in facilitation.3.Develop an understanding of managing different learning styles and cohorts 4.Demonstrate simple and effective facilitation techniques 5.Identify the key components of a safe learning space.
