Participants go through the entrepreneurial planning process, applying a seven-step process to a business idea to progress from ideation to the launch stage of the participants' own business idea. They build an entrepreneurial mindset, resilience, perseverance, adaptability and leadership qualities; strengthening their awareness of entrepreneurship's impact on a local and global scale.
