The Partner Services Specialization for Support allows the holder to perform first (L1) and second (L2) level technical support of the Tanium platform, solutions & product modules for customers, replacing Tanium’s technical support. Technical support includes but is not limited to incident/issue investigation, troubleshooting, and remediation.

Earning Criteria

Holders of the Tanium Partner Service Specialization for Support must directly employ a minimum of two (2) individual holders of the Tanium Certified Operator (TCO), (2) individual holders of the Tanium Certified Administrator (TCA) certifications, (1) individual holder of the Tanium Certified Professional – Endpoint Management (TCPEM), and (1) individual holder of the Tanium Certified Professional – Endpoint Risk and Security (TCPRS). Certifications must be active (not expired).

Holders of the Partner Services Specialization for Support must have their certified individuals (holders of the TCO, TCA, TCPEM, and TCPRS certifications) each complete the full Tanium Support Services Learning Journey, including passing scores on all assigned course assessments. All individuals delivering Support Services to Tanium customers are also strongly recommended to complete this Learning Journey.

Partner organizations seeking to attain this Specialization are required to complete a Verification Review for each Specialization they are seeking. Details on the review can be found in our Partner Services Verification Program information on the Tanium Partner Portal (partners.tanium.com).
