Participants have: learned how to be a team coach versus 'doing' team coaching; understood the philosophy of Real Team Coaching; used meta-skills as a powerful methodology for change; developed a presence as a team coach; learned ‘use of self’ and the art of intentional interventions; used active experiments, moving from awareness into action; participated in group team coaching supervision.

Participants have: a deepened understanding of what happens beneath the surface; understood the landscape of team dynamics; built psychological safety; understood the role the team leader plays & the impact the coach can have; explored the role and needs of teams, team leaders and coach; a raised awareness of group process, power relationships and organisational games; practiced team coaching with complex and difficult team dynamics.

Participants have: understood what is meant by ‘systems’ and the guiding principles of different systemic approaches; used systemic approaches to raise awareness, support meaning-making and shape interventions; considered organisational culture and how this influences teams; reflected on when and when not to bring stakeholders and the system ‘into the room’; learned through faculty demonstration, role play, being a team member and supervision.

Standards
The TCS Diploma in Team Coaching has been awarded 58.25 ICF CCE units upon completion. Participants are assessed against rigorous criteria in accordance with the TCS team coaching syllabus and the ICF team coaching competencies. Participants must demonstrate an understanding of the theory and an ability to put the theory into practice.
