A micro-credential that certifies that STEM professionals and others who will engage in STEM Equity work long term in the out of school time capacity have completed training to (a) understand the mission and goals of Techbridge Girls (b) gain strategies to be an effective STEM role model for youth (c) feel empowered to volunteer with a Techbridge Girls program or other STEM programs that provide access and opportunities to build equitable systems in STEM education.
