Using a blend of theory & application, TBG staff become certified in understanding TBG programming. The training embeds concepts covered in the STEM Equity PD track & what is included in TBG curricula. The training experience includes: culturally-relevant hands-on story-based, NGSS-aligned, broad STEM content, and STEM, equity, and social-emotional learning training for curriculum educators while facilitating an understanding of one's own STEM identity.
