Earning Criteria

• This individual has successfully completed classroom assessment proving their knowledge of the following:
• Technical foundations including systems development lifecycle stages, data management and analysis, use of visualisation tools, safety and security.
• Business understanding including the application of technology to deliver business value, risk management, and regulation and compliance.
• Project management processes and tools, including planning, delivery, evaluation and the management of, quality, stakeholder communications and risk.
• Professional skills including client communications, teamwork, self-direction and personal performance improvement.
• Effective management and leadership including an understanding of different approaches and how these can positively impact on their own role, lead to improved performance, and support teams, colleagues, and customers.
• Project management principles leading to competence in waterfall and agile project methodologies certified by having gained Professional Scrum Master (PSM1) and PRINCE2 Foundation qualifications.
• Continuous improvement within the organisation using appropriate tools and techniques to monitor quality and prepare for quality audits.
• Delivering technology enabled solutions using an appropriate level of governance and control, and suitable methods relevant to the work in hand.
• Business case development and evaluation for technology-enabled business solutions including assessment of business benefits, impacts, risks and return on investment.
