Earning Criteria

• This individual has successfully completed a classroom assessment proving their knowledge of the following:
• Technical foundations including systems development lifecycle stages, data management and analysis, use of visualisation tools, safety and security.
• Analysis of business processes using appropriate tools and techniques, including definition, mapping, modelling and the identification of business value.
• Stakeholder identification and analysis including gathering, prioritising and documenting automation requirements using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Design and documentation of automated workflows across a range of RPA business cases, including the formulation of measures and tests for value optimisation.
• Familiarity with a range of commonly used RPA platforms (e.g. Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UIPath), and awareness of how to build an effective RPA ecosystem.
• Management of data, documentation and stakeholders across the RPA solutions lifecycle from design, implementation and testing to deploying, monitoring and improvements to optimise business value.
• Business understanding including the application of technology to deliver business value, risk management, and regulation and compliance.
• Project management processes and tools, including planning, delivery, evaluation and the management of, quality, stakeholder communications and risk.
• Professional skills including client communications, teamwork, self-direction and personal performance improvement.
