Earners of this badge have completed the Best U RISE program. This program is focused on the personal development of our employees that are looking for continued growth and opportunity. Some of our participants are considering a leadership track within TEKsystems and this program is intended to prepare them for the next steps in that path. The program is six months long and includes a kickoff week that immerses participants in the content with support from a mentor and our executive leadership.

Recommended by Executive Leader
Is at or above growth line or EBR’s (if in production role) and has met all individual in-role performance goals
Has completed full 6 months of RISE program training, including kickoff week and follow up modules, small group sessions, and completion of final project.
