This microcredential is earned when a student has shown professional-level mastery of tools and techniques required to communicate with a client and customers, including the initial client meeting, the presentation of the proposed site, building and testing the site, usability testing, and site updates. The final site provided will be built with both the company's brand and customers’ needs in mind.
