This micro-credential is only available for selected G-Force Work-Study Mentorship Program students who have completed the requirements of the G-Force Mentor micro-credential, maintain a 3.0 GPA, and have at least one year of experience in the program. Lead all training on career and financial literacy, university admissions, and the financial aid process, and updated policies for all members of the G-Force program.

Lead all communication and develop action plans for the high school counselors.

Requirements include mandatory training in human resources, university admissions and financial aid policies, civility, and leadership. In addition, an end-of-a-year interview with the leadership from the Center for First-Generation Students, a self-evaluation and self-reflection essay, and compliance with all the NACE competencies surveys are required.

All requirements must be completed for the micro-credential to be awarded and the badge issued.
