Aligned to the Training Delivery & Facilitation Capability of the Talent Development Capability Model™, this training certificate program provided participants with ATD-exclusive tools and templates and the opportunity to practice using them in an authentic skills practice facilitation demonstration. Participants completed all participation requirements as well as a learning project to demonstrate skill in training and facilitation for face-to-face learning experiences.
