This training delves into not only the general theory but also the practical considerations of using hydrogen and ammonia as a fuel in a modern Combined Cycle Power Plant (CCPP). This includes looking at scenarios for on-site storage requirements, firing options (fuel blends, duct burners and/or GT) and use of ammonia as alternative storage and fuel medium. Participants gain an understanding of the implications of integrating the burning of hydrogen in the CCPP.
