Earners have achieved the CPQ Advanced Stage Business and Employment Law module which covers the knowledge and understanding of common business structures, including how they are formed and operate within relevant legal frameworks, awareness of associated internal procedures, liability issues for owners and managers and how such businesses may come to an end through insolvency. In addition, a basic understanding of the key issues on employer/employee relationships and taxation will be covered.
