Earners have achieved the CPQ Advanced Stage Criminal Law and Litigation module which covers the essential knowledge and understanding of criminal law and its end-to-end process; how in practice a case commences; its progress through the Criminal Justice System to conclusion. The module explores the principles of criminal liability, key criminal offences and defences including theft, criminal damage, murder and knife crime. On completion, procedures to conduct a criminal case will be followed.
