Earners have achieved the CPQ Advanced Stage Wills, Probate and Private Client module which covers the essential knowledge and understanding of the law relating to trusts together with the law and procedure relating to the drafting and construction of Wills and intestacy. Those completing the module will be able to draft a basic Will and codicil, as well as recognise risks and appropriate mitigations.
