Earners of the Child & Adolescent Psychology badge will have demonstrated knowledge acquisition of how theory, research, and practice have contributed to the understanding of development and the treatment of children and adolescents. These candidates are able to describe and discuss life cycle dynamics and healthy family functioning. In addition, candidates are able to assess the barriers that exist in the current field of mental health for children and adolescents.
