Earners of the Needs Analysis badge have developed the primary skills necessary to identify, analyze, and determine the learning needs of diverse individuals and groups. Badge recipients are able to identify the differences between educational and organizational procedures and what needs to be completed to improve current processes. They are able to ascertain the best use of resources and make recommendations for program improvement.
