Earners of the Professional Identity badge have developed a professional identity as a counselor from reading the literature in the field, developing a curriculum vitae as well as professional writing skills, integrating at least one theoretical orientation into their conceptualization of cases, and participating in counseling skills development in class and on their practicum/internship, while sharping their style of therapy during appropriate individual and group supervision.
