Supporting clients to goal set for success and challenging unhelpful thoughts/behaviour, empowering them to take responsibility and action to achieve what they want in any area of their lives. They have completed an Association for Coaching approved programme at an Accredited Certificate in Coach Training level.

Earning Criteria

The earner has completed 9 modules of coach training (workbook & live training). Received 6 mentoring sessions, attended 6 peer competency sessions & 6 coaching skills sessions.Actively coached 4+ clients over 40 individual coaching sessions which at least 5 have been observed by a qualified coach assessor.The earner has attended 2 coaching supervision sessions and passed a 3000 word Final Assessment Paper.They have demonstrated effective reflective skills on own practice for onward development.
