Earners of the Challenging Patients digital badge have completed the "Working with Challenging Patients: Coping with the Impact of COVID-19" training as part of the Education Fund's Critical Skills Webinar Series. These individuals understand tactics to successfully de-escalate situations with emotional patients, particularly those impacted by COVID-19. They have also learned about what happens in the brain under stress and fear, as well as how to handle tough conversations with patients.
