As healthcare professionals and educators, we should strive for a growth mindset to help ourselves, but to also help our patients embody a mental perspective that will help them face seemingly negative situations. This training will give participants the mental framework and tools needed to prepare for change and to maintain a growth mindset amidst uncertain times.
