Founded by Grace Killelea in 2012, the GKC Group is a full-service leadership development firm with a focus on high-potential women and men in the middle of the talent pipeline. We run all-virtual leadership programs with a small cohort to maximize learning. We've graduated over 2,000 leaders from our programs (Half The Sky Leadership for Women and Quattro Co-Ed Leadership). We've earned a reputation for being both practical and impactful and are highly rated.
